We are a licensed alternative investment fund manager specialised in real estate funds.
At Wanaka Fund Management, we deliver alternative investment fund management services for a wide range of funds investing in real estate across Europe. We have developed a robust governance framework ensuring compliance with the regulatory landscape while delivering risk-adjusted returns aligning with each fund's investment strategy.

- Day-to-day fund management services: These include all alternative investment fund management services prescribed by the AIFMD, including, among others, portfolio and risk management services as well as fund administration.
