IRET Development has appointed Wanaka Partners Luxembourg to provide Property Management services for Terres Rouges in Esch-Belval, one of the district’s largest office complexes, spanning more than 60,000 m². From 2027, following a transition phase starting in late 2026, a dedicated local team will oversee the asset’s day-to-day operational, technical and administrative management, with a clear focus on quality and long-term performance.
